After I left school, having obtained RSA and GCE in art I did not pick up a brush (other than paint the wood work of the many houses which we constantly seem to move to) until long after I retired. I joined the North of England Art club two years ago and loving it and now wish I had continued painting after I had left school. I tend to try to paint in watercolour.
